OUR EXPERTISE
Our Clinical Hub is a team of experienced, employed nurses who provide continuous clinical oversight across every package of care. Their backgrounds include neurology, paediatrics, PICU, intensive care nursing, respiratory, palliative care, spinal care, community nursing, mental health, learning disabilities and rehabilitation.

Adult Complex Care
Adults living with complex health needs deserve care that is safe, consistent and genuinely empowering. We support adults with long-term conditions, life-changing injuries and high-acuity clinical needs, enabling them to live as independently and confidently as possible at home through personalised, nurse-led care.

Palliative & End of Life Care
At Nursing Direct, we understand that the final stages of life should be approached with compassion, dignity and respect. Our nurse-led teams provide personalised palliative and end of life care that focuses on comfort, symptom management and supporting individuals to remain in the place they call home, wherever possible.

Specialist Paediatric Clinical Care
Nursing Direct provides specialist, nurse-led care for babies, children and young people with complex medical needs, supporting families to safely care for their child at home. Working alongside Community Children's Nurses, Continuing Care Teams, hospitals and case managers, we deliver clinically robust care that is individually tailored to each child's needs.

Nursing Direct provides specialist support for children, young people and adults experiencing behavioural escalation, emotional distress and complex neurodevelopmental needs. We receive details of the client’s needs, history and goals and begin initial engagement with families and professionals.
TEAM MATCHING
We select staff with the right skills, experience and values, and introduce them gradually where possible.
ASSESSMENT
An experienced clinician completes a full assessment at home, in hospital or in the community, including risk and environmental factors.
SAFE MOBILISATION
Staff complete package specific training, shadowing and competency sign off before delivering hands on care.
CARE PLANNING
We design a personalised, clinically robust care plan in partnership with the individual, their family and key professionals.
ONGOING REVIEW
The Clinical Hub provides continuous oversight with regular reviews, updates and outcome monitoring.
