At Nursing Direct, we provide specialist homecare for individuals with complex clinical and behavioural needs. Our services are delivered in structured, well-supported environments, where safety, professionalism and quality are at the centre of everything we do.
We are always looking for carers, support workers and nurses who want to work in a service where care is delivered properly, with the right support behind them.
Who We Are Looking For
We recruit individuals across a range of roles, including:

Carers & Healthcare Assistants
Supporting individuals with personal care, daily routines and day-to-day living -
Support Workers
Working with individuals with complex needs, including behavioural support and community-based care. -
Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health or Children’s Nursing)
Delivering clinical care, supporting complex packages and providing leadership within care teams.

Training & Development
All staff are supported through our in-house Training Academy, ensuring you are fully prepared before delivering care.
Training includes:

Accredited mandatory training
-
Specialist clinical training (e.g. tracheostomy, PEG feeding, epilepsy management) Behavioural support and de-escalation
-
Safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
Before working independently, all staff complete competency assessments and formal sign-off.
Ongoing development is supported through:

Regular supervision
-
Refresher training
-
Continuous professional development


Clinical Support
You will always have access to support.
Our Clinical Hub provides:

Ongoing clinical guidance

Escalation support when required
-
Regular review and oversight
-
Support with complex care delivery
This ensures you are never left to manage situations without the right support in place.
