Description

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNAs) to join our dynamic team at Nursing Direct, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional healthcare and homecare services.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Checking and overseeing MAR Charts and monitoring forms.

• Liaising with the NOK discussing and concerns.

• Supporting with the clients care requirements such as

• Monitor service user's temperature

• Continually check all devices are connected

• Continence care/personal care

• Administer nebulisers and other medication

• Assist with Physio exercises and massaging

• Application of hand splints

• Change the tracheostomy

• Suctioning

• Repositioning throughout the night.

Requirements for RNA’s:

• MINIMUM of 3 months UK Healthcare Nursing experience

• MUST hold a DBS on the update service, or willing to pay for a Nursing Direct DBS

• MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes

• MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
