Description

Nursdoc healthcare recruitment are looking to appoint home care assistants with complex care experience to support patients 1:1 within their own home.

We are looking for care support workers that have experience supporting patients with learning difficulties and are non mobile.

We are working with a particular patient in Farnham, who requires mobility support and is non verbal. The patient sometimes displays challenging behaviour.

Care Requirements

  • Supervision with an eye to look for signs of change
  • Experience with moderate learning difficulties
  • Experience in feeding
  • Experience in calming patients and rectifying challenging behaviour

Hours

Hours will vary, but we can offer 8hr and 12hr shifts.

Pay

We can offer PAYE & LTD rates starting from £11ph, which will be paid weekly every Friday.
