Private Nursing

If you have an ongoing medical condition that requires personal care, Nursing Direct feels that this doesn’t have to mean you moving out into a nursing facility. We can provide care at home that supports the individual with a full range of medical and healthcare needs when needed. This can include helping to give injections or to dress wounds when needed.

To start the process, a Nursing Direct assessor will arrange a visit with you and your family to identify the services and support that you will need before preparing a comprehensive care plan.
