Description

We are seeking two compassionate Support Workers or Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work alongside each other to provide support to two children, both under the age of 10. The children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reside at home with their mother and require additional assistance to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Child 1's Profile:

- Diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Verbal but unable to engage in full conversations
- Requires support with personal care

Child 2's Profile:

- Diagnosis: Developmental Delay and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Requirements for CSW’s:

- MINIMUM of 6 months UK Healthcare experience
- MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
- MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
- MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)

Shift Patterns:

- Tues & Thurs, 5pm-9pm support for both children at home
- Sat OR Sun support 10am-4pm
