- We are looking for a HCA (Health Care Assistant) with Complex Care experience to join a package, working with a young female in North London, Upper Holloway - with the following:
- Severe LD
- Complex Needs
- Global Delay
- Epilepsy (Tonic Colonic Seizures)
- Non Verbal
- Eczema

Hours; (Flexible)
- Mon and Thurs Nights 20:15-06:15
- Saturdays 12:30-19:00
You will work alongside an RNA for the first two weeks then the care will be 1:1
Duties:
- Assisting of core general healthcare assistant duties such as moving and handling
and basic life support.
- Helping to provide comfort, interaction and companionship.
Requirements for HCA’s:
- MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
- MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
- MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
- MUST have at least 6 months UK healthcare experience
Essential requirements:
The skillset required for this package of care is:
- Experience in supporting young people with severe LD
- Medication Administration
- Safeguarding
