The Role
We are currently seeking Care Support Workers with challenging behaviour experience to support a young male in his daily care and inclusion of social activities. This role will be working with a young person who has autism, with the potential for some challenging behaviour. You will be supporting this service user at home and in the community, whilst promoting independence and improving their quality of life. |

Our Client Requires:
• Support with all aspects of everyday life in order to maximize their independence and personal ability as much as possible
• Engaging and socialising to ensure they are comfortable and happy
• Engaging in a variety of activities that the client needs to keep stimulated and calm
• Personal care support
What we need from you:
• PMVA training.
• A patient and resilient nature
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in difficult situations |

Hours
Shift times are yet to be confirmed. Hours can range from 12 hours per day to round the clock care.
We are currently putting together a team for this package, therefore hours can be discussed.
