Description
We are currently seeking a Carer with PMVA to support a young boy in his daily care. This role will be working with a young person who is going through a period of trauma. This young persons has Learning difficulties and will need support in everyday activities. You will be supporting this service user in their home and the community, whilst promoting independence and improving their quality of life. The carer must be a driver and happy to get in the swimming pool when he attends this activity with him.

Our Client Requires
• Support with all aspects of everyday life to maximize their independence and personal ability as much as possible
• Engaging and socialising to ensure they are comfortable and happy
• Engaging in a variety of activities that the client needs to keep stimulated and calm
• Personal care support
• Carer to drive family car

What we need from you:
• At least 1 years’ experience supporting patients with moderate to severe challenging behaviour
• PMVA training is ideal but not necessary
• Good understanding of learning difficulties.
• A patient and resilient nature
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in difficult situations
• Driving Licence
• Must be happy to be involved in activities such asswimming.

Shift times are to be confirmed. We are currently putting together a team for this package, therefore hours can be discussed.
