Nursing Direct require a Care Support Worker with challenging behaviour experience to work with our young person in the Hackney, East London area.

The Role
This role will be working with a young adult who has a mental health condition, learning difficulties, and challenging/complex behaviour. You will be supporting this service user in their own home, whilst promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Our Client Requires

To support our young person with all aspects of everyday life in order to maximize their independence and personal ability as much as possible

To engage and socialise with our young person to ensure they are comfortable and happy

To engage in a variety of activities that the young person needs to keep calm and stimulated

Hours
Shift times are yet to be confirmed. Hours can range from 6 hours per day to round the clock care.
We are currently putting together a team for this package, therefore hours can be discussed. |
