- Description
- Nursdoc & Nursing Direct are looking to appoint Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our hospital and community teams throughout London. - We are currently working inline with a number of CAMHS services throughout London, supporting patients who are currently transitioning from a hospital setting, back into the community to receive on going care and treatment. - Rates (PAYE) - Day: £25.00 - Night: £26.50 - Weekends: £28.00 - £35.00 
 
 Rates (LTD Company)- Day: £31.00 - £33.00 - Night: £34.00 - £35.00 - Weekends: £37.00. - £47.00 
 
 Main objective- Support patient 1:1 (you will only be responsible for one patient) with mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities in hospital (on a ward) with the goal to transition the patient back home (in the community) to provide on going support and treatment (home based) 
 
 Who you will be supporting- Young adolescents who had moderate to severe mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities
 - Some patients, have challenging behaviour and therefor you will have the support from a clinical team comprised of RMN's, RNLD's and Care Support Workers with the correct PMVA training
 
 
 The role- Short term: Provide 1:1 treatment and monitor patient on the ward
 - Long term: Once patient is successfully transitioned into the community - you will be responsible for treating the patient within their home with the support from a clinical team
 
 
 Your team- You will work alongside other RMN's & RNLD's and Care Support Workers to support the patient
 - You will also have the support from a fully operation team at our head office that deal with any questions or queries you may have
 
 
 What we need from you- At least 1 year supporting patients with mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities
 - DBS certificate within the last 12 months
- PMVA training in date - if it needs to be refreshed we can support you with this
- Available for day or night shifts
