Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft individualised care plans

Administer and monitor medications efficiently and understanding the potential side effects

Provide patients with valuable emotional support, counselling, and interventions

Assist in daily activities like personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility

Cultivate a secure and therapeutic patient environment

Meticulously maintain accurate and current patient records

Requirements:

Active registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) within the NMC
-
Minimum of 12 months nursing experience in the UK

Previous expertise in mental health nursing, preferably within a community or home care context

Pay rates: Your commitment is valued, and it shows in our competitive pay rates. Earn between £28.00 to £35.00 (PAYE) per hour, paid weekly through Nursing Direct/Nursdoc. Your hard work deserves timely recognition.
Hours: Tailored to your preferences, we provide flexible scheduling options, offering 1 to 5 shifts per week, day shifts and night shifts to align with your needs and aspirations. Your ideal work-life balance starts here.
