Private Nursing
If you have an ongoing medical condition that requires specialist care, Nursing Direct can provide you with a suitable nurse to support you recover or manage your condition. We can provide nursing care at home that supports the individual with a full range of medical and healthcare needs. This can include helping to administer injections, dress wounds, tracheostomy and ventilation management and supporting with enteral feeding.
To start the process, a Nursing Direct clinical assessor will arrange a visit with you and your family to identify the services and support that you will need before preparing a comprehensive care plan.

Urgent Care
Nursing Direct can respond with little notice to any urgent care package requests. We have a large database of healthcare professionals across the UK enabling us to react quickly to urgent situations – if necessary a rapid care package can be put into place within a number of hours.
Nursing Direct has a fully operational team between the hours of 0530 to 2230, 365 days a year.
We are here to support you with little notice in order to ensure the care needs are met safely and effectively.
Nursing Direct is fully regulated by the CQC and our team will fully evaluate every situation and help ensure that you get the correct level of care that is needed. We will also try to keep continuity in place as we know that this is important to families and having the same person for each visit is important.
